This market will resolve to "Yes" if Valve releases an operation to CS2 by the specified date, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". For the purpose of this market, "Valve" refers to Valve Corporation, the developer and publisher of the Counter-Strike series.
